How do I know if my portfolio is ready for senior roles?

Senior portfolios show judgment, not just polish. Three tests: (1) every case study names a decision you made and the tradeoff behind it; (2) at least one case shows you were wrong and what you changed; (3) outcomes are framed in product terms — activation, retention, revenue — not just shipped screens. If your case studies could have been written by your PM, they are not senior case studies yet.
